According to sources, at least three Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists were slain Tuesday in Shopian’s Zinpather Keller neighborhood following a confrontation with security personnel. Sources claim that one Lashkar terrorist, Shahid, a local native, has been identified thus far.
Three militants who were trapped engaged in gunfire with security forces earlier in the day.
Separately, security authorities displayed “Terror Free Kashmir” posters featuring three terrorists allegedly involved in the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack: Adil Hussain Thoker, Ali Bhai, and Hashim Musa. These terrorists are backed by Pakistan.

The posters were displayed in a number of places in the Shopian area. Anyone with any reliable information can receive a prize of Rs 20 lakh.
On April 25, just a few days after the Pahalgam attack, officials in Jammu and Kashmir used IEDs to blow up Thoker’s home in Bijbehara. The gorgeous Baisaran Valley was attacked by Pakistani terrorists, and Thoker is thought to have been instrumental in their execution.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi warned Monday that India has only “paused” its military action against Pakistan in his first public speech since the country began Operation Sindoor in response to the Pahalgam terror attack. He also stated that India will retaliate forcefully if there is another terror attack from the other side of the border.
“We will be monitoring every step of Pakistan,” PM Modi stated. He also stated, “The way the Pakistani Army and the Pakistan government are encouraging terrorism, it will destroy Pakistan one day.”
India initiated Operation Sindoor, which targeted many Lashkar, Hizbul, and Jaish terror facilities within Pakistan, following the Pahalgam terror assaults. Following this, the two nuclear-armed states engaged in a four-day armed conflict until Saturday night, when an agreement was struck to “pause” all military activity.
