Visibility in India:
Alas, skywatchers in India will not see this partial solar eclipse vis-a-vis directly. At this point, the path of the Moon’s shadow is not crossing India during this event.

Global Visibility:
A partial solar eclipse is happening in North-America, Europe,Africa,northern Asia. The UK, France and Germany will have their own partial obscuration of the Sun. London France 30% obscuration and paris maybe about 23% obscuration.
Safety Precautions:
Firstly, it should be kept in mind that looking at a solar eclipse with the naked eye is very risky as it can lead to serious/ permanent damage of the eye. For regions within view of the eclipse (and certainly when using binoculars or a telescope), you must only look with ISO approved solar eclipse glasses or viewers. Direct viewing methods with methods like pinhole projector are safe mode to see the event.
