Satish Salian went before the Bombay High Court on Wednesday to present his case regarding the June 2020 demise of his daughter. According to his view, the official suicide explanation lacked credibility because he believes authorities demonstrated her rape and subsequent murder by fabricating evidence. Salian uses his petition to accuse Shiv Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray by demanding necessary legal action through an FIR and CBI investigation.
Through his petition, Mr. Salian has challenged the medical evidence because it fails to match expected injuries from a 14th-floor fall against the recorded injuries. The statements proposed that political forces forbade him from conducting investigations into specific persons and that a written complaint submitted to Shiv Sena leadership about Thackeray in January 2019 received no proper response.

The Thackeray Response
Aaditya Thackeray refused to acknowledge false accusations targeting his reputation by stating this is not the first time his name appeared in connection with this case. According to his statements, he plans to present strong defenses against these claims during court proceedings until he clears the five-year-long slander accusations against him.
The former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray showed no surprise about this reemerging issue during Assembly time because it follows a regular pattern.
