In a tragic incident a 24 year old woman who was going to get married died at Delhi amusement park after she fell from the roller coaster ride system. The death of the young woman has hung over a natural moment of jubilation and has brought the issue of safety at the park under immediate scrutiny.
It happened at an amusement park that was frequented by the crowd & friends/family were on a roller coaster together with one of them being this young woman. Witness accounts: She apparently slipped offstage mid-trip, fatally injured. The sheer shock and speed with which this tragedy unfolded has left one to mourn among friends in a state of disbelief.
The emergency services were called in straight away but alas, too late to save the young lady. A detailed probe is being carried out by the Delhi Police to find out what really occurred that caused an accident. All of the roller coaster safety checks, maintenance logs and operating procedures are being investigated.
The victim’s family have been consoled by the amusement park management and is ready to aid fully in the investigation. The park is now closed to the public while authorities conduct their inquiries. In the interest of park patrons and safety, all rides will go under the scrutiny of utmost officiation.

But the investigation is centred on whether the fall was because of mechanical failure, human error or something else.
